I delivered a load from Grand Rapids, Michigan here this morning and the load shifted on me in transit, even though it was strapped down. I thought the receiving staff at Kaco would be very upset about the situation. It was the complete opposite, they were so helpful and understanding! I talked a bit afterwards to the guys assisting with the unloading and had a great interaction with them. I wish all receiving docks had people like this. Looking forward to another drop there.
