Front desk & nurses that do pre op work are extremely unhelpful and rude. My two year old having surgery has a lot of anxiety and I expressed my concerns as soon as we checked in. The lady working the front desk literally laughed at me. I get it, I’m sure most parents are more nervous than the children, however I know my daughter well and she is extremely anxious. In and out for my son's dental surgery. Less than 1hr and half. And EVERYONE that was in the room with him came out and told me he was doing well in recovery. My other kid last year had dental surgery at st. Luke's and it took over 4-5 hours.. they where amazing.
