We traveled from Michigan and unfortunately arrived at closing time, however; the staff woman was lovely-she let us shop, was very informative & did not rush us! Would love to visit the store again when back in the area!

I wanted a unique display in memory of my beloved horse ~ Kachina House came through big time! Excellent packaging kept my sculpture, which incorporates hair from Murphy’s tail, safe during shipment. I highly recommend Kachina House to anyone who wants a one-of-a-kind tribute to a beloved horse!
Items arrived safe and sound. Was worried about the wedding vase but got here no problem. Thank you for the great packaging. Will be back.
Meeting Toby who works there and explained many things about the artists, the different types of art. Definitely "not overwhelmed" as Toby mentioned.
Had a wonderful experience shopping at the Kachina House. We were greeted at the door, and when she asked us what we were interested in she really listened carefully to what we answered. Were directed to all the right places in the store to find what we wanted. Wares both expensive and less expensive. Take care when you first enter because some of the best stuff (very expensive!) is displayed in that room - don't swing your arms or your bags!!
I ordered a present for my husband, he loved it. It was the first time I had ordered from the website and it was easy and the delivery was within a very reasonable time frame. We will definitely be ordering more items from here. Thanks for a great experience.
