KaChava has been part of my daily breakfast for 6 years. They’ve never missed a delivery, and their products have only improved in quality and taste. Keep up the great work!
Product is fine, customer service is terrible time and time again. I've spent probably $2000 on products over the years. If you have an issue they just don't care and it's obvious.

I’ve been a loyal Ka’Chava customer for years, but my most recent experience was beyond disappointing. The woman I spoke with in customer service was rude and completely unhelpful. She told me my order had already shipped, but that was a lie — I didn’t receive tracking information until the following day, proving it hadn’t even gone out when she said it did. Wish I would’ve read all the other reviews before purchasing this. The shake is great but the management is the worst and therefore I am never buying this again. The actual Customer Service agent was very professional. Watch out for bags expiring quickly and that you get the correct item. I didn’t look at the shake when it came and they sent me a vanilla shake, which I did not order and they would not stand behind their mistake. They even asked if I had ordered that on Amazon.
