From start to finish Kaceys Custom Adventures was a fantastic experience! Booking online was easy and quick, we rented two kayaks for our family, brought our own lifejackets, and chose the four hour option. This was plenty of time and well worth the price! There was paid parking at the pier and a short walk to Kacey’s. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of checking in simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped get you in and out of clear kayaks. Tour guide very knowledgeable and fantastic personality.They cannot guarantee a manatee sighting but we were fortunate to see three. I highly recommend Kaceys
This place delivered exactly what I wanted, a low pressure, low stakes, kayak rental with 2 kids (7 and 9) and two adults and no guide. We did the 4 hour rental, we got a warm welcome, watched a safety video, were provided a laminated map and some instructions on getting to the popular springs. The put in spot is between Three Sisters spring and a popular swimming hole, which also has other springs around it.
