Second time visiting Dr. Kacer for my trip overseas. I find him to be very kind, compassionate and engaged. I will definitely be going to him as long as he's still working.
Dr. Kacer is an excellent doctor with a kind and compassionate bedside manner.
Cares more about lining his pockets than the health of his patients. I have zero respect for doctors pushing vaccinations when they are not in the best interest of the patients health. Much like him, his knowledge of medicine is prehistoric.
