Pretty ordinary for the price. Our room was about as tiny as it could be for a single bed bunk- I’ve never stayed in a smaller room. The sheets weren’t clean, the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle and tea bag and the door lock app was really annoying to use. Also as stated in other reviews, the bathroom door kept opening. Accomodation is not the cheap on Mount Buller but I’ve stayed elsewhere for less and had a much better experience.

My partner and I stayed here for a birthday weekend away and were rather disappointed. The advertising for the rooms is very misleading and was not what we got. Being a shared house we were on the bottom floor, constantly hearing noise of people running up and down the stairs etc. in our beds there was other peoples hair which is absolutely appalling. The amount of money spent on this accommodation and what we got was disappointing and I would have much rather have spent that money on a nicer place.

This place is great! All you can ask for. Good location, rooms are comfortable and clean and also the shard kitchen and living space is nice! The self check in process was great experience just read the instructions and your room is ready. Highly recommend I will definitely go back. Thank you guys!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property, and I feel the need to express my frustration. First of all, the place is very noisy early in the morning due to children and other guests living in the same house. On top of that, there are strong and unpleasant cooking smells coming from the kitchen, which made the environment even worse. Second, the room was never cleaned during my 3-day stay.
