great deal for sushi this place was fast and tasted great. they have a deal whre sushi is half off at lunch if your order two off a select menu. it was about $3 each. its a great spot for lunch.
sushi lunch - half price is nice Kabuki on Colorado serves really good sushi - the best thing about this place is the half price lunch menu. If you come before 12 noon or after 1pm that's best - they tend to be a bit crowded at the noon lunch hour and service can be slow... but before or after and you get good sushi at a great price right on the strip on Colorado. PROS: half price lunch, good food CONS: crowded at noon which results in slow service
Excellent Food The other reviewers here have talked about the sushi. I had a chance to eat some of their other entrees on their menu. One in particular stands out as excellent. Im trying sushi I have had bites of Sushi before but this was my first shot at it. If you go there for lunch and order two things then they are half off. It was a pretty good deal for a lot of food. The Califonia rolls were good. I am easing my way into fish but i think it looks like sushi. The service was really fast we were out of there in less then thirty minutes wow!
Kabuki Japanese Restaurant If you are looking for great tasting Japaneses cuisine, this is the restaurant for you. A nice break from all the Dutch styles and tastes of Solvang. Relaxing, fresh and taste food at good prices.
Total waste of time, worst people ever. First off all, none of the servers even looked our way as we waited for our table, not even a cursoy glance as they cleaned their empty tables. Secondly they served all soft drinks in dixie cups, and provide paper plates for side dishes, rather wasteful But the crowning turd on this establishment was by far the defensive, uptight, downright mind-spinning reaction of the proprietress. Pop sushi Eaten at this branch at least 20 times. The half-off menu is fun to choose from, as long as you order a minimum of three things. The green tea tempura ice cream is divine and servers come out with tamborines and chant if you announce a birthday. The restaurant has a modern, IKEA feel and is often packed on Friday nights. Fun for young people.

Cool Sushi Place Very good sushi place for a franchise! Good vibe, good prices and good food. My favorite is fire cracker. It is an appitiser but very good!
