I went in so they can can straighten my hair because I had it in layers , had my hair all the way to my waist and left with it to my shoulders length and wasn’t even straight , Don’t recommend this place
6 years without a hair cut, went in didn't know what in wanted I just knew I wanted it short. The lady was super patient and after figuring out she gave me the cut I envisioned.
I asked for a medium to dark brown color. The stylist (Carla) didn't show me any samples and didn't apply the color correctly. I have grey/white hair on the top and sides of my head. The stylist applied the color all at once. I ended up with a 2 tone color. The stylist then tried to tell me that lighter hair would look better on me. Since the top and sides of my hair are a lighter color than the back of my hair. I was so upset I just wanted to leave and get out of the salon.
