I discovered this restaurant through Resy, and I have to say—it’s worth the hour-long drive! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and as someone who’s more of a meat lover, the wagyu was cooked to absolute perfection. I went with my toddler, and the staff was very accommodating, providing a high chair and making sure we were comfortable. But the real showstopper? The Ube cheesecake. Our favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando! Our favorite items are the otoro sashimi, money bags, ghost roll, beef carpaccio, and the sticky ribs. Oh, and can’t forget the chocolate lava cake for dessert. I wish you would open a location in the Lake Nona area!!
