Started the day with a bit of bad luck /a damaged bumper, so I turned to Kablan Mowad & Sons (without notice). Robert promptly assessed my car and offered honest options. While we were still talking, he took the initiative in repairing the bumper on the spot—did the best he could and made it look much better—all at no charge, despite my insistence.
