Working with designer Craig Hyer of Kabinart Kitchens was a real pleasure. Craig is imaginative, innovative in his use of the Kabinart product and endlessly service oriented. We were able to achieve our ideal kitchen well within budget. No new house project is without challenges, but he met them all with our desired end in mind. A great experience.
If you expect your cabinets to come in undamaged. If you expect your cabinets to come in when promised. If you expect Kabinart to expedite the replacement of the damaged cabinets you better buy another line. Kabinart appears to lack any quality control or any concern for the customer. I was told at the time of placing my order that I should expect the cabinets to ship in 3-4 weeks. The cabinets finally showed up 9 weeks later. We just received our new cabinets from Kabinart in Tennessee. We live in the Pittsburgh area and had several cabinets to pick from. We only waited 3 1/2 weeks for our order to arrive. All 28 boxes arrived and there was not one damaged box. We haven't got them all installed, but they are beautiful. The cabinets are very well built and I would recommend Kabinart to anyone. I purchased Kabinart Cabinets for my new kitchen remodel. Chose them on the recommendation of the company I purchased them through and the quality of their cabinets and their statement of quality of excellance. But to my disappointment they do not stand behind the quality they say they produce and customer satisfaction. I have cabinets that the 3 out of 4 drawers are the total wrong cabinet.
