We signed a contract with Lou in May to have 2 bathrooms remodeled. I July I called him to see where we were on the list. He sent a guy named Dan over and Dan told us to get everything ordered that they would be there in two weeks. NOVEMBER I called Lou again to see what was going on because at this point I was concerned it was getting too close to the holidays to have construction going on.
