Excellent care and service for my 96 year old mother.
High pressure sales and poor products. Drops calls, drops bluetooth, don’t charge properly and much more. Staff can’t correct issues and charge $3,000 for their service plan. And the staff physically pushed my 73 year old husband this morning.
Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these folks.
Booking an appointment is very convenient. I’ve never been to this place or gotten my ears cleaned before. I was looking forward to getting that done for the first time. I drove 45 minutes to try this place out. After sitting in the parking lot for 12 minutes, I was called 13 minutes before my 9:00 appointment to be rescheduled due to one of the providers being out.
