This place is a joke ! Waited 3 weeks to get a New Patient Appointment only to show up today to my Appointment to be told they had to cancel . Receptionist had no Sympathy that I have been in pain for the 3 weeks while I’ve waited to be seen . No I won’t be rescheduling my time is valuable too , I had to rearrange my schedule just to make this cancelled appointment 😡 . Update: Chad Called from the Institute because of this complaint good thing because I would of not Rescheduled. He expressed Compassion about me being upset ... read more
do not go here!! they are a waste of time. improperly casting people. caused me to need extensive hand therapy. left and went to UF Orthopaedics. Very rude staff and managers who only care about money and not the patient. be careful with them and get a second opinion!

RecommendedToday 2/25/2021 I had Reconstruction of my ACL and repair of my Meniscus. Dr. Tristian Altbush is my surgeon and his PA is Luke. Carolyn and Laurie was my nurses and Dr. Vaui was my Anesthesiologist. Everyone was super great, and had awesome bedside manner. This ole’ Southern Gale loves things explained and treated like a patient, not a cow being ran through the shot and a tag put in her ear. They Don't care!!! mother is almost 90. took her in just before Christmas with severe back pain. dr set up another appt for injections in a month, buy wanted an MRI done prior to that appt (no issue with this). 2 weeks before the injection date we hadn't heard anything from anyone about an MRI appt, so called tje iffice..EVERY DAY FOR OVER 3 WEEKS.. to this date, not one person has returned any of our calls. never thought I'd see such shoddy, uncaring attitudes from this place.
