They completely dismiss anyone who isn’t the executor of a will thus paying the tab and will not even confirm an address when a beneficiary isn’t receiving notifications. They ignored my requests and didn’t even have the proper address on file. I had to call many times and continually ask where it was sent. I even asked for an email. Ridiculous group of lawyers preying on the dead.
