Company sends out surveys constantly and why? I've been playing MCOC for going on seven years and rarely have you listened to us, so why do you think that I'll think you're ever going to do so any time soon? And now you put out content that with the game's main functions not working properly, END GAME content that took me three times as long to complete. If you can't provide a service adequately, don't provide it. I want this game to survive, but it appears that you do not. Change the game and I'll change my rating.

Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold?
