Terrible experience. Lady doesn't know how to part thick curly hair Braids came out crooked, then tried to argue with me and say its not crooked while showing them where and how its crooked she acted so confused to the point she had to call her boss 🤣 They dont have heat protectant either, they will just try to straighten your hair with no protection i had to show them what it is cause they didnt even know what heat protectant is . Yeah bad place i don’t recommend

DO NOT RISK YOUR HAIR, SCALP OR MONEY. THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE. THE SWELLING IS OBVIOUS. THE OWNER KABA DID THIS STYLE ON ME 4 DAYS AGO. I PAID HER $180 PLUS $30 TIP - 24 HOURS LATER I LET HER KNOW IT WAS WAY TOO TIGHT AND MY FOREHEAD WAS SWOLLEN, SCALP WAS OOZING AND I REQUESTED A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND AND AFTER CONTACTING HER AGAIN 48 HOURS LATER SHE HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE.

Worst hair braiding experience Kaba’s staff are very rude and dirty. They dig in their noses touch all over their face and body while braiding your hair. My hair was braided too tight and the workers don’t wash their hands. Everytime I voiced my concerns they got an attitude they have THE WORST customer service ever. She made my braids too long and overcharged me I would never go back don’t get your hair done here better off going somewhere else!
