I’ve never left a review before… but I’m so upset I’ve been growing my hair for years and went in for a trim/shape. I originally booked with a senior hairstylist but they called me 2h before my appointment to say that this stylist wasn’t available today for “reasons out of their control”. Disappointed. I went there to get a cut for my curly hair. I wasn't happy with the result so I returned. The stylist made it worse. She cut too much on one side than the other. She was very nice but not skilled with curly hair. FYI, The hairdresser I had was not Fanny, who did a great job when I first went there. Unfortunately Fanny had left so I booked another stylist.

Pire expérience pour mon fils de 4 ans - une heure d’attente et sa coupe est complètement ratée! Et pourtant il ne bougeait pas la tête car je la tenais - il a carrément l’air d’être chauve sur la moitié de sa tête. Franchement je suis hyper déçue

Super satisfaite de ma "nouvelle tête " ! Après de longues années, je suis retournée voir Zazoon. Toujours à l'écoute, prend le temps qu'il faut tout au long de la "transformation ". Cliente Vraiment heureuse. Merci! 😉

J’ai confiée ma tête à Mélanie. WoW ! Elle a créé une coupe à l’image de mon style . Elle a également donné beaucoup d’importance à ma satisfaction. De plus elle est vraiment gentille avec une approche très délicate ! J’y retourne assurément!
