J’ai attendu une heure apr�s qu’on m’ait lav� les cheveux. Pendant tout ce temps, la coiffeuse ne m’a jamais adress� la parole ni donn� d’indication sur le temps d’attente. Apr�s une heure, j’ai fini par partir avec les cheveux encore mouill�s. Une exp�rience vraiment d�cevante.
I’ve never left a review before… but I’m so upset I’ve been growing my hair for years and went in for a trim/shape. I originally booked with a senior hairstylist but they called me 2h before my appointment to say that this stylist wasn’t available today for “reasons out of their control”. Disappointed. I went there to get a cut for my curly hair. I wasn't happy with the result so I returned. The stylist made it worse. She cut too much on one side than the other. She was very nice but not skilled with curly hair. FYI, The hairdresser I had was not Fanny, who did a great job when I first went there. Unfortunately Fanny had left so I booked another stylist.
Pire expérience pour mon fils de 4 ans - une heure d’attente et sa coupe est complètement ratée! Et pourtant il ne bougeait pas la tête car je la tenais - il a carrément l’air d’être chauve sur la moitié de sa tête. Franchement je suis hyper déçue
