Purchased a ring roller - on delivery the roller had tipped over because it was not strapped down to the pallet and I had to repair it at my own expense. 2 years later I needed pipe dies for the roller. I ordered them 1 month ahead of when I needed them and they sent me the wrong size, and they were visibly used. They then sent me a replacement that was also the wrong size. This is a 5 star operation! I have been to the business in person, and it is impressive. They really know their stuff. Ebony is simply the best! She gets stuff done. They have the most advanced machines/tools I have seen. Be sure to give them a try!
