The customer service and technical support is the worst I have ever experienced in 35 years of dealing with machine builders. The tech support is nonexistent. I had to call them daily for almost 30 days and was told repeatedly that “someone from our tech department “ will call you back by the end of the day. Guess how many times I received a call back. We purchased (2) machines from Kaast Dec. 2024 with very unsatisfactory results. The company has very poor customer service and service staff is not properly trained. Responses to emails and questions go unanswered for weeks to months, Angus never responds to your calls? If you expect these guys to meet what they claim on their website for customer service, it won't happen!
Purchased a ring roller - on delivery the roller had tipped over because it was not strapped down to the pallet and I had to repair it at my own expense. 2 years later I needed pipe dies for the roller. I ordered them 1 month ahead of when I needed them and they sent me the wrong size, and they were visibly used. They then sent me a replacement that was also the wrong size. Great company to deal with , excellent product with stellar customer service to back it up! Will be upgrading all of my machines to Kaast machinery!
This is a 5 star operation! I have been to the business in person, and it is impressive. They really know their stuff. Ebony is simply the best! She gets stuff done. They have the most advanced machines/tools I have seen. Be sure to give them a try!
