I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Before signing the agreement, the case manager clearly explained that I would receive 1/2 of the settlement regardless of whether the case settled with the insurance company or went to court. Based on those representations, I signed the contract in good faith. A few months later, after the case manager left the firm, I spoke with attorney Armen to confirm the agreement.
