I told the staff what kind of insurance I had day one. I provided my insurance information ahead of time. The day of my appointment they informed me that they don’t take my insurance. They weren’t even polite about it. Front desk staff hardly speaks English on the phone or in person. Qualifications to work in any customer facing position should be much higher
