We stayed at Kaanapali Alii for one week. We got to the resort early but unfortunately they couldn't check us in early. We got into our room a little after 4pm. We were impressed with the room. Very spacious for our family of 5 and my kids got their own beds. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I took a star off because there was only 1 elevator working during our stay, the waterfall didn't work in the pool area and the curtains in the family room area didn't work. We wanted to view the rooms before booking. The front desk woman was incredibly rude, could not be bothered and I watched her roll her eyes several times while talking to my husband. What a miserable woman you have working at your front desk. I’m sorry we bothered you and wanted to give your resort our money. You will not see us again.
