I ordered the Kashmiri latte because it comes with pistachio that’s literally why I ordered it. When the drink came without it, I pointed it out, but instead of just saying, “I’m sorry, we’ll fix it,” I was asked if I had a pistachio allergy. That wasn’t the issue at all. I wanted the pistachio because it’s part of the drink. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters. A simple apology and remaking the drink would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing.
I came here after seeing a TikTok video review hyping it up and unfortunately, it really did not live up to the billing. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good enough, but the food truly felt lacking. We ordered the samosa chaat which tasted incredibly stale / we couldn’t finish it and the cake rusk which was just okay. The chai, which is its main attraction, was also just okay.
Great food, had all the savory pastries and samosas. Cheese one was ok, but the aloo and keema ones were excellent. Chai was very tasty and not too sweet. 10/10
