RecommendedMy brand new car is always sparkling with the exception of the rear window. Driving an SUV with a rear wiper they put that. If old piece if green tape on the wiper. I understand the reason why. I wish they would use those plastic sleeves over the rest wiper so that the window is clean and not a big old dirty spot with a clean car.
I went today and this is the third time the wash brushes have popped a license plate off my car. The 1st time was a different car, last time was the back plate and today was the front plate. They offered to reattach it and I didn't notice until I got home but they didn't replace my decorative license plate holder, and I certainly wasn't handed it for safe keeping. I tried calling them, but only got a "closed" office message. I'd return but it's been several hours and I'm sure it's now in the trash.
I had My car washed at Kady Car wash in Corvallis today, when they got done it was still dirty so I pointed that out to the. The woman I talked to told Me to either wash it before or after I bring it to Kady Car Wash. *SMH
Had to have them wash my car twice and it still isn’t clean. They refused to give me a refund. Wow the customer service sucks. Her reply for when u said is my car clean? “Cherry blossoms need hand detailing not an automatic car wash” Just make the customer happy! I don’t want to run my car through there three times. Ugh!
RecommendedThey are very friendly, and they care about making sure your car is washed right. If not, they let you run through it again. Also, I am a nurse and I got a free car wash yesterday, and they thanked me for being one of their heroes. My heart just melted. We nurses are not used to being thanked very often, so this was extra special to me.

RecommendedI came in for a car wash and explained my car was pretty dirty on the passenger side because I parked under a tree that must have house a lot of well fed birds, if you know what I mean. Yeah, bird poo everywhere and some of it had dried. They let me run my car through a second time because there was still some stuff on the car.
