I went through the car wash and after leaving noticed swirl marks on my car, tried to reach out to Customer service was told I will get free car washes and to file with my insurance company. I went to a detailing shop they said this happens all the time and car wash cloth collects dirt therefore it will scratch the car. Wouldnt go there again, only lazer wash.

Zero integrity, zero professionalism, Zero customer satisfaction, zero stars would be too many to describe these vampires. If you own a vehicle that you don't care about this location is just for you. But if your vehicle isn't a rental, and it gets scratched they will drink a gallon of your blood over a $200 buff, and will tell you oh it was like already. Enter this car wash at your own risk! While driving through it gravel was shot at my car causing chips and cracking my windshield! We filed a report with the staff immediately after and I was contacted the next day by Daniel to schedule an appointment for them to see the damage. At the appointment, Daniel looked at the chips and crack and said that the damage isn't correlated with their car wash and there is no way that their car wash could have done this and refused to take responsibility. Visited new Kaady wash on TV highway and my front license plate and frame were bent up and when I saw it and complained I was told to tell them next time to tape plate and frame and this would stop problem. With all the new equipment at this location these things happen and tapping would solve the problem I was told. Beware of this so called car wash

Best customer service of any car wash in Oregon. All claims are approved if there is the slightest chance it caused any damage. All denied claims are made with solid facts and walkthrough of the location explaining the equipment. No it can not damage rims, no it does not scratch your paint,no it does not break random car parts in good condition. If you follow the very simple instructions you will be just fine

On 3-16-17 at Kaady Car Wash. 2914 NE Andresen Rd Vancouver, WA 98661 I was going through the car wash in our 2017 Ford Explorer and the person in front of me appeared to be stuck by the blowers inside the car wash, I laid on my horn and he could not move he said. I ended up bumping into him while the car wash kept going and the rollers and chain were pushing me up and down into the back of his car. I'm writing this post because the past 2 times I've gone to this location they have broken something on my car. I'm not one to do this sort of thing, but it really upset me and I want to warn people what they're in for if you go to this location. Twice I have taken my 95' mint condition Cadillac Eldorado through to get a wash and TWICE they have broken an antenna on my car.
