Potential customers should know that this business uses its company social media account to make divisive comments on public posts. Seeing the owner publicly comment on the Buffalo Bills’ Juneteenth post that this is why they “can’t wait to move to Florida” was disappointing and unprofessional. Everyone can form their own opinion, even a RACIST one but I believe customers deserve to know how this business represents itself publicly.
Very friendly, if the staff in the store are unsure of the answer to your pond or fish question they take down your contact info and have Allen call you to discuss the topic. Great experience
Just had my pond opened and cleaned. Matt and Logan are the BEST! My 18 yr old pond looks like new. Matt explained everything to me about how and why changes occur in an older pond. There were pleasant, respectful and very knowledgeable. I definitely will request them for future care.
