I went into Kris after having surgery my back and traps were all out of proportion.She has put me back into place. I would highly recommend her she does a great job
I just love going to Kris at KA Massage. It’s turned into something I really look forward to for my self-care. She’s great at easing stress and working out painful tight muscles. Definitely go see her if you’re looking to start getting massages worked in your self care routine!
Kris does an exceptional job not only with her hands, but with her soft soothing voice, which by itself, is very relaxing. I highly recommend her services. You will come away feeling refreshed.
Kris is awesome, using excellent techniques and is highly flexible, especially accommodating and golf warm up regimen. ;) She does a great deep tissue and stretch method that left me very relaxed and energized.
Wonderful experience! Relaxing atmosphere! Kris really pays attention to your needs when coming in and she makes sure you feel some kind of relief before walking out of her door. She also very kindly gave me tips on how to stretch tense/tight areas ! Thank you so much Kris!
