Kris is awesome, using excellent techniques and is highly flexible, especially accommodating and golf warm up regimen. ;) She does a great deep tissue and stretch method that left me very relaxed and energized.
Wonderful experience! Relaxing atmosphere! Kris really pays attention to your needs when coming in and she makes sure you feel some kind of relief before walking out of her door. She also very kindly gave me tips on how to stretch tense/tight areas ! Thank you so much Kris!
Absolutely phenomenal massage. I've been dealing with chronic pain for years and Kris helped relieve a lot of it!
Kris is so sweet. I went in for tight shoulders and stiff neck, and she did a great 30 minute chair massage for me. I could feel how much looser my muscles were when I left. She does a great job.
