I reached out politely to inquire about availability and pricing for a trim and balayage service. After receiving a quote of $750, the conversation quickly became unprofessional when I was told that if I was “the broke type” this salon/stylist “might not be a good choice” because they “prefer people that actually have money.” Pricing is completely up to the business, and I respect that high-end services can come with high-end prices. Got my hair styled for my wedding and loved every moment with Karolay! Before my wedding day we did a hair consultation and she understood my vision and listened to what I wanted.

Let me start by saying 10 out 10. Karolay is so sweet & very accommodating. She was out here helping me with things she probably didn’t need to but did out of the kindness of her heart. I thought her prices were reasonable & fair. She is very honest & professional. She did my mom’s make up & me & my daughter’s hair & makeup for my daughter’s quinceañera. I highly recommend Karolay as a makeup artist. I just got married last month and it was really hard to find a makeup professional with reasonable price and available since it was kinda last minute. I found her on facebook and from the beginning she was very sweet. I loved her service, ethic, honesty, kindness and price. On the day of my wedding she waited until I put the dress on and made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the makeup before she left.
