I bought my car a month ago, when you buy a car from them it is as is but yet they were willing to help me fix any problems. So far they have been Amazingly Awesome. They were all nice and understanding in what I was saying. For my opinion, I feel that as long as the payments are being made on time and communication is at hand then there should be no issues. Beware of Bullying Tactics at K&A Enterprises. I want to give others a heads-up about the aggressive and harassing tactics used by this dealership on the day a payment is due. While I understand dealerships have the right to remind customers about payments, that does not give them the right to engage in bullying behavior. Instead of a professional reminder, on Saturday March 22, we let them know we will be there first thing Monday, of which the text messages and calls started, mind you we are now under 4,000 owed on our vehi... read more

Excelente servicio tengo ya muchos años comprándoles carros y nunca eh tenido una queja contra ellos Alex y la señora Karla excelentes personas muy amable claro Como toda compañía de financiamiento cuando te atrasas con tus pagos o con tener aseguranza tienen q presionarte pero fuera de eso los recomiendo ampliamente
