Muy buen servicio
Need an appointment for almost everything and a stupid A.I. bot answers the phone making the navigation process extremely annoying and time consuming. I couldn't even get an appointment today because the "system is down" but I still had to fight with the A.I. bot to get transferred to an agent for nothing. Waste of tax payer's money.
The employees are very rude they lie to you each employee has a different story
First time there! Security officer was very helpful...Sowers. I had to wait over an hour, but that's the way it goes at a government agency. Spoke to some nice folks, and SSA man was very helpful. Not all were patient, but they were entertaining.
