2 YEAR UPDATE: Coming back to update my review 2 years ago as I appreciate the efforts they have put in. Since the review below, they have done regularly maintenance and steady improvement. Didnt think i could like this place even more than before. If you are reading this, you probably read the other positive reviews. The reviews are accurate and this place is amazing. We were at the bone pool which was pleasantly clean.
For a place that’s all about pets they don’t care about yours…Customer service and care is despicable. Had an emergency vet trip the morning we booked a session at the pool. Was told we couldn’t get a refund and couldn’t move our session to another time/date. Andrea called the emergency trip to the vet an “excuse” and demeaned me while on the phone, talking to me like I was an elementary school kid who forgot to do his homework. She said she spoke with the owner and the no refund or moving the session was his call as well. A... read more
Unfortunately, we used to love coming to this place but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t take my dogs here again specifically due to the fact that we had an emergency with one of our dogs and since it wasn’t within their 24 hour cancellation policy, they told us sorry can’t do it. Wow! Super impressed! I am from 8 hours away on vacation and wanted my aussie to have a fun safe experience and this place went above and beyond expectations! It was very big, plenty areas for relief, doggy bags good and plenty to keep the area clean! There were toys and vests for learning to swim. Water was clean and wonderful temperature! I can tell the owner truly cares about dogs/professionalism/safety and this idea they had is just amazing!
