After checking 2 other places, this one was the best price. Mike was very helpful and honest when answering questions about their product. His work ethic was fantastic and he is very neat and tidy. He took his time to show us what to do and how to train Bear. I was amazed that this product is better and the cost was so much less than Invisible Fence!!! I would give it a zero but I can’t Had the gate for a little over a year and has had nothing but problems first collar broke now it doesn’t work at all and every time I try to get in touch with him he avoids answering my calls Horrible service stay away Very unprofessional called and ask when can he come and bury the wires he left exposed in my yard I was told calm down I got a lot going on and hung up on me after cussing at me I hope no one else has to deal with this unprofessional service and attitude this guy is a horribl... read more
Mike installed our fence a few years back and came out to repair the line. He has been so busy, it took him a while to get out to us but he did right by us. Always communicating.
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Mike installed the fence over the winter and said he would be out in spring to bury line. I have pages of emails going back to the beginning of March saying he would be out the next day and he never showed. He would commit to the next day and not show. He has done this over 30 times and if I include all the times he no showed when he installed it. He would literally email and say he 11 minutes out and then not come. Excellent service and totally worth the money. Mike installed our hidden fence almost three years ago and it still works great. I've reached out to him twice since then—once for help with a minor issue and once to order more batteries—and both times he got back to me fast and was super easy to work with. He goes above and beyond, and my two dogs adjusted to the fence with no problem. Honestly, one of the best purchases we've made.
