We called Mike came out right away and fixed our fence. He's a great guy. We highly recommend him.
K9 installed fence 4 years ago, happy with service. Fast forward to now.. collar stopped responding. Called and initiated conversation. Mike offered to swing by and check it out. Strung me along for 4 days. Showed today. Reprogrammed collar in 5 minutes and got charged a whopping 185$ service fee on the spot with no warning. Not a huge fan
Mike came out and put a new line in for me yesterday. Very professional and his work was top notch. He was receptive to questions and worked fast. Highly recommend this company
K9 aka Mike is the best invisible fence for our 4 /4 pawed kids that after we called him he didn’t say it’ll be 3 to 4 weeks before I can get to your home,he came out the same night and started working on getting our electrical surge damage and the entire fencing wire removed and repaired in 1.5 days.
