We boarded our Jack Russell there for 18 nights in August 2025 and then again for another 18 nights in February 2026. He loved it. Then we boarded him July/August for 5 nights. We will possibly take him for a few doggy daycare sessions and are planning on boarding him again in October 2026 and January 2027. Always a great experience. The entire staff is wonderful and Buddy loves them all. He always gets a bath before we pick him up.
My dogs have so much fun at doggie daycare! They play hard and sleep well. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I love the activities they plan for the dogs too! 10/10!
This facility fits its name perfectly, luxurious! It really makes both person and pet feel like they’re at a luxury hotel stay . The reception team was so welcoming and kind to chat with. It’s clear they take every client interaction seriously and what to make sure the pets are having the best time with them. I received the same incredibly high level of customer service and engagement at this location as I did in their other location in Jacksonville. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive over the phone, and my dog was comfortable there from the minute he walked in. They took lots of pictures of my baby throughout the day and sent me an online report card.
