Been to both locations for walk-in nail trimming for our difficult dog and the staff at both were extremely professional and understanding.
We have brought our cat during business hours on Sundays but they are rarely open on this day, it would seem. This has happened to us multiple times on a Sunday afternoon. Their hours of operation say they are open on Sundays, but multiple times we showed up for a walk-in nail trim and the door is locked and the lights are off. These hours are not consistent enough if you’re a cat owner since they say they only do cat services on the weekends. We will probably have to find somewhere else that has better availability.
Always get super fast and kind attention from the staff. Wonderful service.
Megan groomed my cat today from 2pm-515pm my cat was there. She was unable to finish grooming her due to my cat’s stress level. Which is completely fine and understandable. She said Jasmine would do well but then get stressed so she’d have a break and then go back to her. Her hair is completely uneven, choppy, and half done. She acknowledged the haircut results and She said that we can come back Tuesday to finish the haircut and it would cost $20 more. (This visit was $97). I have 2 Aussies that have the hair. It's not that I ask for a difficult cut as I don't show the dogs, but it's the dogs that are a little hard to cut. Did great work.
