This is the 3rd groomer there i have had issues with. This time after 5 hours i just came and took my dog out of there because they were not following my directions on how i wanted my dog groomed. Yes my dog had flea issues, but that would have been a none issue if you would have shaved the dog first, and then bathed her. As it is my dog looks like hell after the groomer spent the afternoon trying to trim her with a pair of scissors. One serious hack job. So my cocker spanial now looks like a dang poodle . If you're looking for a kennel to take your precious fur baby to, please look elsewhere. This is one of if not the worst kennel/daycare you could ever use. They kick dogs, hit dogs, and constantly and consistently yell profanities at barking dogs. Dogs regularly go overnight without food or water. Injuries on dogs go uncredited for. dogs regularly have diarrhea and eat each others poop with nothing being done about it. They will poop and pee in their kennels and will not get bathed, nor will the kennel be cleaned at that tim... read more
