We’ve used Mahamat twice now and both experiences have been excellent. The first time was when a poor bird got stuck in our vent—he came out the same day, safely rescued the bird, and fixed the area so it couldn’t happen again (and it hasn’t!). More recently, we discovered a skunk had taken up residence under our front steps. He was able to come out the next day, install a one-way door to humanely evict the skunk, and returned promptly to remove the door and restore the area to normal.
