We had a great experience with David and Shanda! Our window stopped working on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come take a look at it within a few hours and had it fixed by the evening! David and Shanda communicated with us throughout the process and were fast and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
Great Work, Great Value! (compared to auto repair shops/dealers). While I didn't have a hugely complicated job (shocks/struts, broken lug bolt, leaky transfer case/changed fluid), David and Shanda did everything as expected, and also impressed me with their honesty... They could have BS'd me on the transfer case leak, but fixed it by removing plugs, cleaning them, Teflon taping, replacing, and refilling x-fer case... David and Shanda came out and were great! They started a huge tackle with my 68 Plymouth.. The long process for repair has begun and I'm glad I chose K4 for the job! Update! David and Shanda came back today and found the problem issue with my car! So stoked! High would definitely recommend this company!
These people are the best..DONT call anyone else. They were timely.kind.and fixed the actual problem..they did not add other stuff to the bill...My son and I stayed with our van overnight in the heat etc. Shanda and David knew that. They showed up with Breakfast Tacos for us! You just don't find that compassion anymore.. Thank you Shanda and David..Job Well Done! And for going above and beyond. Chaney and Brandon
David and Shanda are amazing! The starter in my Kia Soul went out. It's my only transportation to work, and it went out on Thursday. I made the appointment best convenient for me, which was the following Monday lol they came to my house for a friendly fee and I was up in running in around an hour.
