We had a great experience with David and Shanda! Our window stopped working on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come take a look at it within a few hours and had it fixed by the evening! David and Shanda communicated with us throughout the process and were fast and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
David and Shanda came out and were great! They started a huge tackle with my 68 Plymouth.. The long process for repair has begun and I'm glad I chose K4 for the job! Update! Great Work, Great Value! (compared to auto repair shops/dealers). While I didn't have a hugely complicated job (shocks/struts, broken lug bolt, leaky transfer case/changed fluid), David and Shanda did everything as expected, and also impressed me with their honesty... They could have BS'd me on the transfer case leak, but fixed it by removing plugs, cleaning them, Teflon taping, replacing, and refilling x-fer case... These people are the best..DONT call anyone else. They were timely.kind.and fixed the actual problem..they did not add other stuff to the bill...My son and I stayed with our van overnight in the heat etc. Shanda and David knew that.
