Great Work, Great Value! (compared to auto repair shops/dealers). While I didn't have a hugely complicated job (shocks/struts, broken lug bolt, leaky transfer case/changed fluid), David and Shanda did everything as expected, and also impressed me with their honesty... They could have BS'd me on the transfer case leak, but fixed it by removing plugs, cleaning them, Teflon taping, replacing, and refilling x-fer case... I had a phenomenal experience with K4 Mechanix! David and Shanda are amazing! Their response time is quick, they ordered the part and got my car in and back to me within 3 days. They are professional and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I am sending all of our cars plus all of my friends to them! I couldn’t recommend them more!
David and Shanda are amazing! The starter in my Kia Soul went out. It's my only transportation to work, and it went out on Thursday. I made the appointment best convenient for me, which was the following Monday lol they came to my house for a friendly fee and I was up in running in around an hour. We were on a roadtrip and damaged our car shield. K4 was open and able to check it out for us within 30 minutes on a Sunday. We weren't able to find any other spot open to check it out on a Sunday so super grateful they could help us on a pinch during our roadtrip!! The service is efficient and affordable. Family run business, David and Shanda are really nice!
