I bought this company's product through Amazon, and that wasn't a satisfactory experience, so I dealt directly with Michael at K35B. He corrected my misapprehension over the phone and suggested a compatible cartridge for my application. Great company, they were very helpful and fast! My tub’s faucet was leaking from the handle. When I took the old cartridge out to inspect it and get the part number, the cartridge broke apart in my hand. My tub did not have a shut off valve so I was stuck with the water shut off to my whole house.
