Mike is clearly an expert who knows his products inside and out. He answered all of my technical questions about cartridges with speed and confidence. I was specifically looking for Paini shower parts, which are no longer carried by major Canadian suppliers, yet Mike was able to identify exactly what I needed. The parts are on the way, and so far, the experience has been excellent
