when we reviewed the original purchase we were unhappy and gave only one star. since then the company has been in touch and sent another replacement at no charge. this turned an unhappy customer into one who would recommend them to anyone needing their products.
Mike sent the exact cartridge i needed, and it was a very close size to another model. The guy knows his stuff. Cartridge arrived the following day, way faster than expected. His company is more reliable than my regular plumbing suppliers and he will now be my go-to guy for all cartridges.
I ordered a replacement cartridge for my kitchen sink. Took me a while to get around to fixing it so I missed the deadline on the review request. Anyway, the cartridge was an exact replacement for my old one. I would order from this company again especially for hard to find parts. Thank you for your service in this matter.
I bought this company's product through Amazon, and that wasn't a satisfactory experience, so I dealt directly with Michael at K35B. He corrected my misapprehension over the phone and suggested a compatible cartridge for my application. Fantastic customer service. There was a small issue with my shipping and they were super responsive and got me sorted out right away.
