Dropped in to this gym while visiting town. They made it easy to drop in and everyone was very nice. Coming from a CrossFit gym, I was able to keep up with the class. I loved the PRVN programmed workout for the day.
Pretty good CrossFit style gym. Nice equipment, facility and friendly coaches. I dropped in for a single class ($20). Short strength piece followed by a 15min EMOM. They use Wodify. I will drop in again if I’m ever in town again.
