Don’t trust this gym!! They took my money then they got an eviction notice and had to shut down due to not paying rent and now they refuse to refund my money!! They stole my money. Stay away from this place, don’t make the same mistake I did!
I highly recommend K2XFIT! It is a unique program built on three key pillars - exercise, nutrition, and accountability. And the *way* each part is done at K2XFIT is specific, challenging, and absolutely achieves lasting results, unlike any other program I've tried. After a year here, I believe I'm the most "functionally strong" I've ever been in my life (even during my twenties when I was a bonafide "gym rat"). Decent in gym experience, horrible business. My wife had a very similar interaction ~4 years ago with K2XFIT Kanata regarding the paying up front and refund if % of body fat lost. Long story short, they continued to charge our credit card for months even though we explicitly cancelled based on the contract provision of moving more than 50km away. Brutal customer communication (aka non-existent). No responses to emails from the owner or staff, hollow promises from Facebook chats. Finally the payments were stopped after months... read more
