Top notch service and no fluff, fixed everything I came in for and nothing else. They did have a few maintenance items I needed but said they can wait. Not many auto shops tell you service can wait as they tend to be very pushy but not K20. Look no further and take your car here!
Do not go to K20. I went here for wheels and bearings. They also told me I needed a transmission fluid change so I said ok. Then when I come pickup my car and am driving it home, the car shut off as I pressed the brakes in all the way. Brought it back to them. They said they fixed it, it happened immediately again so I brought it back. Then they changed the battery and said it was fixed. It shut off on me again so I brought it back again. Adam and his team are Top Notch! Unfortunately for me I needed to have my transmission rebuilt BUT fortunately for me I found K20 Auto Repair - they are incredibly knowledgeable and can diagnose/fix even the most complex of issues. 5 stars aren’t nearly enough, this shop deserves so much more. Adam truly takes the time to walk you through all of the details and you receive a full in depth diagnostic report along with explanations. Years of bad shop experiences and I couldn’t have ever dreamed that a shop would take such great care of their customers. They had an appointment pretty quick. I dropped it off for them to do some service on it and they had it back to me that afternoon. I will definitely go back.
