I brought my 2022 Tesla Model 3 here a few months after buying it used, knowing I was taking a bit of a risk. Adam and Mike helped me install headlights, work through firmware issues with Toolbox 3, and replace the brakes and control arms. Not to mention stripped wheel locks which they were able to somehow get them all out and replace. They were excellent at diagnosing problems, listening to concerns, and fixing everything efficiently. Top notch service, strongly recommend!
Every minute of my experience with Adam and his shop was worth 5-stars! I had to get my VW Passat towed somewhere after it wouldn’t start. Found K20 online and reached out to be sure they serviced VW’s. His kindness on the phone, flexibility on appointment/drop-off time (including offering me a loaner vehicle), and the whole process of getting the issue diagnosed was top-notch.
