Rented from them for 4 years. They were slow when it came to maintenance requests and did poor jobs correcting anything. We had mold growing in our bathrooms, they painted over it, then were unprofessional when we moved out and broke our lease due to the mold growing back. We also had termites in the house and eating away at the mailbox, which they tried to charge us for. Know your rights! I waited to write this for fear my old roommates might experience retaliation. These people are snakes! I'm proud to say this company never successfully pulled one over me, but my God did they try! Anytime they actually checked with their legal team, they're legal team would tell them that I was correct. Often when I sent in a maintenance request about something that by law they were required to fix, they told me that they would have to get permission from the owner. Screw this place!!! Whatever you do, do not rent from this place!
If there was a rating worse than one star, I would give it. If you are working with this company, forget about your deposit because they will not pay it back. There were already bugs in the house when we moved in, and they were still there when we left. They charged us more than $500 for this. There were scratches behind the cabinet, and they charged us for that as well. They deducted almost the entire deposit. Do not rent a house from them.
