Please pleassssse do not rent from this company especially if you are planning to get your security deposit back when you move. K2 will lie and find away to keep your deposit and charge you more for other things as well. I tried to negotiate with them about my fee because I noticed the accounting was off. They told me they would get back with me but instead sent me to collects. My lawyer will be in touch because what we not gone do is play these games when it comes to my money.
K2 has been great to work with. They get back to us quickly whenever something comes up and take care of things without a lot of hassle. The app is easy to use, and setting up direct pay from our account was super simple. Overall it’s been a smooth experience and we’ve felt taken care of the whole time.
Terrible place to rent from !!! Cons: There was a can in the attic to scoop water out of the ac unit just for it to work The sink was loose and started leaking and was molding fast underneath We had a basement and they locked it for the whole lease leaving you suspenseful of what’s down there….. creepy If you late on rent, they make it to where they can double and even triple it on you !! Pros: They cut the grass for you !!
It didn't let me put my review without a star because they don't deserve any. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel like it is necessary to let people know of the lack of professionalism, ethnicity discrimination, and rudeness from my experience and treatment towards myself... My advice is to look for another real estate company if you want to be treated with respect and in a hospitality and professional way.
Never rent from them very nasty sneaky people they will do anything to keep your security deposit
