I had a disappointing experience with this salon. I arrived at my appointment time, but the stylist was still working on another client. When I asked how long I would need to wait, I was told it would be at least 30 minutes. This made me feel like the salon does not respect clients' time or properly manage their appointments. The whole point of booking an appointment is to avoid waiting unnecessarily. If such basic scheduling can't be handled, it makes me question the overall professionalism of the salon. I highly recommend seeing Nelson for a haircut. I commute from Surrey every two weeks to see him because he does a great job. He makes it easy to make an appointment and will do his best to accommodate last minute appointments.

Raymond was awesome! He understood what I wanted! If you are young male, definitely go for Raymond!
Eddie is great! Place is clean, spacious, comfortable, good lighting. Dyson hairdryers. Owner is nice. Plenty of parking.
