great staff, very understanding and welcoming! Best equipment in Bridgend! I have been a member since 2013 and have never had any issues! I was very nervous before joining but the staff and other customers have made me feel very welcoming

The best gym in Bridgend.
Good gym. All you need for a good workout. Used this a few times on day tickets. Everyone seems to leave egos at the door. Weights are nearly always out back on racks by the members , which doesn't happen at most gyms. Staff are helpful.
