The staff and owners at K2 Cryospa are wonderful and very knowledgeable about the services offered. The infrared sauna, compressions, and cryotherapy have helped me tremendously with inflammation and pain. Instant relief!
Service is Excellent with a very knowledgeable staff. I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for almost 20 years and highly recommend them.
I have noticed quicker recovery time for my aching muscles after workouts and the leg compression station are a must. Very relaxing and feel better overall.
The benefits from the cryotherapy are unbelievable. My energy level has increased dramatically, my metabolism has increased . I don't have the chronic lower back pain i have had for years. Jimmy and the entire staff at K2 are tremendous.
This was GREAT for my old broken down body. Haha. Definitely helped for after workouts, helped me relax more, sleep a little better and recover from those extra workout sessions. Definitely a thumbs up. Wish it wasn't so out of the way for me otherwise I'd still be going all the time.
