K2's responsiveness has been excellent for the testing and follow through consultation. They replied with a quote and followed up with a phone call in a timely manner allowing me to schedule the work quickly. The test results were professional and in the timeframe promised. They answered my subsequent questions professionally with clarity around the result's specifics and available courses of action. I am happy to recommend to my friends and associates.
