Should be zero stars. Made $500 deposit on 16 Oct 2025 to get parts. Never heard back. Called Dec 2025, never heard back. Called Jan 2026, never heard back. Went to shop middle of business day and it was locked up. Called in Feb, Andre said he finally got parts, but needed better weather and told me to call back in March. Had a transmission linkage problem. They got me in and fixed it pretty quick. They didn't overcharge me. Very happy with the service.

I looked at a lot of reviews and called a couple places. K11 was the spot. Expect to book in advance because this shop is BUSY for all the right reasons. I took my newly imported '94 Mitsubishi RVR in for an alternator swap, I had already bought the replacement alternator but had run into issues with installing it. Leo handled it like it was nothing, he even fixed the part with a new fitting and plugged up the old alternator and returned it to me without me asking.
