Hello so I have enrolled into this fitness center and my personal trainer is Fereshteh. I have never thought about regrets and I am extremely happy and amazed by how good she and how good the program is I strongly suggest you try out the program and enroll very soon.
Highly recommend personal training with K1sport for anyone who hasn't done formal exercise before. I took the chance to train while on maternity leave and committed to exercise after my 2nd baby, to improve my overall health. I personally could not have done it without the help of Ken, who understood my goals, tailored my training and recommended classes, to ensure we stayed on track but also aware of my limitations after having a caesarean.
