My family and i had reservations and were not able to attend the races for the 3 credits we had due to the 2hr wait between sessions. We were told that the credits we were not able to use that day dont expire, and we would be able to use them whenever. There is no system to check how many credits each person has, the local number routes to the call center, and the call center was reluctant to transfer to the location. Let me start with this was our first time. The location and theme of the place is absolutely awesome. The nascar theme and layout are perfection. The carts are very fun and prices are reasonable. The only negative is the employees. You guys need to spend some time training these folks in customer service. The female at the register was nice and did a decent job but was very distracted. Very big place, plenty of parking, good choice to go with friends or family, even for birthdays! Pretty fast vehicles, awesome environment.
