great experience with the kids
This place is very disorganized which was a little disappointing; compared to another location previously visited, this place was terrible. The communication was all over the place with staff members not knowing their own policies, along with employees putting blame on customers (myself) for their issues. Apart from that, there was no real communication on rules for this. For the amount paid, there needs to be improvements made for the customer experience.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent communication, and kid-friendly. We did two separate events with large groups and loved it!
Emma was awesome and the entire facility as as accommodating as it gets! Top tier racing and entertainment facility.
